Connect to remote workplace in Switzerland.
Сonnect to remote workplace, you must:
- Create VPN connection (encrypted tunnel between your Android and data centers SwissInfoCloud).
- Connect to remote desktop (create RDP connection).
1. Creating VPN connection.
Install and open app. FortiClient VPN: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fortinet.forticlient_vpnTap "New VPN"
Select Type Vpn: "SSL VPN"
Enter Vpn Name: "SWISSINFOCLOUD"
Tap "Create".
Tap "Server" and write: "VPN.SWISSINFOCLOUD.CH"
To connect VPN, tap on "Connect" button and enter your username and password.
Secure VPN connection is created.
2. Connecting to Remote Desktop .Install and open app. Microsoft Remote Desktop: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.rdc.android
After installing the application, create a new RDP, tap in the upper right corner "+" and select "Desktop"
Enter address of the remote computer, for example: "r1.swissinfocloud.ch" and tap "Save"
Next, tap on the created connection and enter your Username and Password.
You are connected to remote desktop.
